New Tools in RCM Business

RCM has launched a Product Album of Supreme quality. The album has depicted all the RCM products in such a picturesque manner that it will be a very effective and influential representation of the product range of RCM. A Product Price List has been separately launched. When prices change, new price list will be available and the distributors will have to buy only price list and they can do with the same Product Album. The cost of Price List is just Rs. 2/-.

Before this, RCM had launched a CD-“RCM Business, An Introduction”. These tools have been very effective and very convenient for RCM Distributors as well as those who want to know about RCM Business.

PURCHASE PROPOSER PLAN

RCM has launched a Promotional plan. There are a number of distributors who have joined on or before Jan’09 and haven’t been able to earn even a single point. If an active distributor does all required to rejuvenate and enflame the interests and activities of such inactive distributor, then he would be the Purchase Proposer. Whenever this reinstated distributor makes any purchases for the first time after his revival, the Bazaars, Shopping Points, PUC enter the distributor no. of Purchase Proper in the bill of the revived distributor.
There is no restriction on the group of the inactive distributor, as any distributor can be revived. The points and BV on any purchase would go to the buyer distributor, but benefits of the promotion on every new purchase would go the purchase proper for a period allotted to a distributor, after he becomes a proposer. There is a time to follow this scheme till September’09. The incentives on the Purchase Proposer will be as per following table:

If distributor has made 280 points, then the company will award him/her a sum of Rs. 31385/- with a net TDS of Rs. 3615/- applied on Rs. 35000/-.
The payment of remaining amount can be done in any of the following 3 methods:
Direct deposit in Company’s Bank Account and sending the receipt by email or fax.
Direct deposit in Company’s office.
Amount can be deducted from distributor’s commission. For this a duly filled application needs to be submitted in the company.

AXIS BANK REWARDS CARD

Now you can receive your Axis Bank Reward Card along with the Application Form from Axis Bank. The duly filled Application Form will have to be sent to the Company. After thorough screening, these forms will be sent to Bank and then the Card will be activated. This will facilitate the operations and working for a distributor.
The distributor will need to send an SMS ‘RCM CAR Distributor No. Password Card No.’ to 56677 after receiving the Card and only then will the company activate the card for Fund Transfer.

WITHDRAWAL OF POINTS

If we select 5 in the Bonus and write 50 in the ‘Enter the number of points’, then monthly, Rs. 525/- according to 5 points will be sent to you up to 50 points. Similarly, if you select ‘10’ in the POINTS and 50 in ‘Enter the number of points’ and you have accumulated 50 points in 2 months, then Rs 5500/- will be transferred to your account, as, 1100 x 5 = 5500/-.
You must remember that the Fund Transfer will take place only after fixed months in accordance with the number of points selected after the points begin to be formed, as follows:

Just as in franchising the more outlets you have for your goods and or services the more money you'll make, and let's face it, more money is the reason we go into business in the first place isn't it.

In a legitimate MLM company, commissions are earned only on sales of the company's products or services. No money may be earned from recruiting alone ("sign-up fees"). One must analyze the compensation plan to determine whether participants are paid from actual sales to customers and not from money received from new recruits. NEED OF REGULATORY AUTHORITY FOR MLM
In India, Insurance sector faced many problems in its early times but it is accepted and now it has become a part of life. Changes are not accepted easily. There are many MLM networking companies growing like mushrooms. Many companies have run away overnight having made handsome amount. The poor employed youth and folk are being cheated.
Like insurance regulatory development authority (IRDA) there should be a body that ensures the monitoring, regulating and controlling of MLM.

It has been two years since I joined multi-level marketing through RCM Business. I may not have achieved any pin level so far, but this business has been immensely satisfying to me. The reason why I haven’t been able to achieve any pin level so far is that I have being doing this business part-time. But I have got full support from my husband Sh. Every time critics try to write off RCM Business like many other MLM companies mushrooming all over the country, Mr. T.C. Chhabra comes up with something so special and so marvelous which overwhelms RCM distributors with joy and stuns the critics into silence. The recently announced Periodical Purchase Package Plan and decrease in MRP and increase in B.V. of a number of RCM products has only pumped up RCM family with confidence and encouragement. For this, he deserves huge appreciation from RCM family as well as outside fraternity. His book ‘Jeevan Ek Khoj’ is like a cup of nectar. I wish that this book may turn out to be a best-seller. I have suggested this book to many people.

The recently launched SMS Pack and STD Packs have added a new zing to mobile service. This will attract more and more RCM distributors to have RCM mobile connections and facilitate communication among RCM distributors.

Being an RCM distributor, I consider it my duty to put up some useful suggestions though it may not be appropriate for a common person like me to suggest anything to a great entrepreneur like Mr. Chhabra. My suggestions are as follows:

1. RCM Mobile prepaid plan is a very useful plan. But after introduction of 3P system, prepaid mobile service can be made more effective. To do this, recharge through SMS should be introduced and the payment should be deducted from points collected on B.V. by the distributor. This system will enable the distributors to recharge their mobile account while they are in far-flung areas where RCM PUC or Shopping Points are hard to find.
2. Cosmetic products of premium quality should be launched so as to gain more hold on distaff side. Products like face scrub, sunscreen lotion, lipstick, lip gloss, nail polish etc. will help in attracting more and more women to this great business.

When we look back at the progress made so far by RCM Business, our faith only gets firmer that in near future all kinds of products will be available under one brand and that is RCM.
